Our Theatre Booking Module was created using Design Thinking Methodology during our time consulting in the Medical Space.

What we heard from our Customers :​
Hospitals were receiving theatre bookings via email in various different formats
Theatre Lists were being done in multiple ways by multiple people and weren't being shared
Hospitals were constantly printing and wasting paper
Some practices send all patient information while other practices expect patients to send in all their own information
Patients phoning and emailing constantly to ask questions about their procedures and the process for hospitals

Collecting Data on Efficiencies is difficult and extremely time consuming
Information is not consolidated in one place
Patients were arriving for admissions with incomplete, outdated patient information from practices

What we created :

Ultrasound Bookings. An innovative answer to the hospital admission process built around the journey of the patient through the hospital with transparency and clear communication.

Using a web-based interface Ultrasound Bookings automates the repetitive tasks practices, patients and Hospital admin teams have to do eliminating back and forth communication making the admission process as painless and seamless as possible.
